This is a remote-based role covering the UK and Ireland, offering an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology and drive growth in an expanding market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across the UK and Ireland
* Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities
* Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the internal design and engineering teams to offer tailored solutions
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Requirements:
* Proven track record in new business development and increasing sales in current accounts.
* Experience selling fibre optic connectors and/or cables
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
