You will be catering for up to 300 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food. This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. Requirements: Previous experience working in a professional kitchen. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes. A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary.
