Excellent Opportunity with a Busy Hotel Opening in Oxfordshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Chipping Norton area for a Sous Chef to work in their new opening Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a hardworking brigade, you will assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for leisure guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar, and brasserie. The role is 40 hours a week with 5 straight shifts.
The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for the restaurant and bar
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to move up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Experience working in a busy hotel kitchen
