Exciting Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join the team. This role is vital for delivering a diverse culinary experience, from comforting classics to refined three-course menus, including special events and bespoke offerings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on menu development and specials. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene. Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. A genuine passion for food and exceptional service. Creative flair to deliver exciting dining options. Strong organization, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shifts.
