From venison and steak to wood-fired pizzas and Sunday roasts, this is an exciting role for a passionate chef ready to manage a busy kitchen and a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. Lead, inspire, and manage a small team of kitchen staff, including Sous Chef, CDP, Commis, and KP. Design and execute menus that highlight fresh, locally sourced produce. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety protocols. Monitor kitchen costs, stock levels, and supplier relationships. Handle a high-volume service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth delivery. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally in a pub setting. A stable and consistent CV demonstrating long-term commitments. Culinary qualifications are a plus but not mandatory. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills; fluency in English preferred. A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative pub dishes.
