Were looking for an experienced Sous Chef to step into a unique short-term role, starting immediately and running through until Mid May .
This role is based on a remote island off the beautiful West Coast of the Scottish Highlands, working in a relaxed, high-end canteen-style kitchen serving around 120 guests and contractors daily.
Whats on Offer: £18.50 per hour
Approx. 50 hours per week (5 days over 7)
Accommodation fully provided
All travel expenses covered

????? What Were Looking For: Solid Sous Chef experience
Confident working both independently and within a small team
Able to deliver consistent quality in a busy kitchen
Comfortable with remote island life and happy to get stuck in
