Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently. Manage user administration within Active Directory. Offer remote support via tools such as VNC and RDP. Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues. Work within a LAN/WAN networking environment. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS (XP, Win 7, Win 10). Extensive experience with MS Office suite (2010 and above). Understanding of LAN/WAN networking essentials.
