Kitchen Manager - No Evenings!
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Hours: 40 Hours per week (daytime hours only!)

Kitchen Manager - What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing a high-energy, branded kitchen with a focus on quality and efficiency
2. Leading and developing a large kitchen team, ensuring smooth service
3. Overseeing stock control, audits, and financial performance (P&L, waste, and cost control)
4. Ensuring top-notch food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Kitchen Manager - What We're Looking For:
1. Previous Kitchen Manager experience in a branded, fast-paced environment
2. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for team development
3. Experience with financials, stock takes, and audits
4. A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality food
5. A full driving license & own transport (due to location)
