As a Digital Learning Designer, you will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to create, develop, and implement engaging digital learning solutions tailored to diverse internal audiences and platforms.
You'll collaborate across all areas of L&D, partnering with L&D specialists and Strategic People Partners to drive impactful learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Develop creative digital learning products, including e-learning, blended, games, animated videos and PDFs on a range of technical and soft skill subject matter.
2. Utilise authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise and Vyond to develop assets.
3. Collaborate with internal L&D teams to conduct training needs analysis, define learning objectives and evaluate outcomes through various channels e.g. surveys.
4. Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology, continuously exploring new methods to enhance the learning experience, such as microlearning, adaptive learning, AI, and gamification.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of the capabilities of authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Elucidat.
2. Proficient in the use of Vyond, Camtasia or similar animation software.
3. A creative individual with a good understanding of UX Design.
4. Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications
1. Relevant qualifications desirable.
Experience requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience of working within a learning design or developer role or similar.
2. Proven experience of developing digital learning assets using authoring tools.
