My client is an international hospitality brand based in West London. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join them in a newly created role.
Responsible for supporting the development of teams throughout the UK and Europe, this role will suit a hands-on candidate who enjoys having an impact on company culture and on individual performance and progression.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing training processes, toolkits, and frameworks
* Delivering learning and development that links to the overall HR strategy
* Developing key skills and knowledge of all managers and employees
* Creating the annual training calendar
* Developing close working relationships with the HR and operations teams
* Evaluating training activities, materials, and toolkits and their effectiveness
* Using data to identify trends, issues, and potential areas for improvement
* Creating and implementing learning dashboards, metrics, and reporting
* Identifying and building effective partnerships with external organizations to assist with the achievement of goals and objectives
The person:
* Previous experience within hospitality, leisure, or retail in a multi-site environment
* Hands-on experience delivering the full training cycle
* Proven success in creating and rolling out training frameworks and toolkits across different countries
* Experience in working at both a strategic and operational level
* Strong commercial acumen
* A structured and organized approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A team player who strives for continuous improvement
