My client, who is based in Witney, is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their expanding, high-performing Sales team.

Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Sales Executive include:
1. Maximising all sales opportunities via email, telephone, and proactive gap analysis
2. Learning and understanding the company's product range to promote new products, up-sell, and cross-sell
3. Effectively using questions and actively listening to understand the customers' requirements
4. Working to achieve agreed sales and growth targets
5. Qualifying leads from various customer communication channels (Email/Telephone/Online Chat) and working with the KAM and BDE to convert to sales
6. Providing quotations to our distribution network within your set sales territories and ensuring all are followed up
7. Effectively using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record sales development activities, quotes, follow-ups, etc.
8. Following up all quotes sent by your relevant BDE/KAM
9. Delivering remarkable service by managing customer expectations and liaising with other departments/service providers
10. Operating within set guidelines and procedures relating to all aspects of customer service, pricing, and lead times
11. Maximising order book fulfilment by liaising with supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service
12. Developing effective working relationships with team members
13. Delighting customers, going the "extra mile"
14. Having empathy for a customer's problem and thinking "outside the box" to offer achievable solutions
15. Engaging with customers to maximise sales return from regular promotional mail outs
16. Supporting relevant customer meetings at the company's head office
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Executive will be able to:
1. Communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
2. Be confident over the telephone, Teams, and in person
3. Be a competent presenter
4. Be a creative and proactive problem solver
5. Work accurately under pressure, prioritising workload
6. Be computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
7. Be highly self-motivated and reliable, with a willingness to "go the extra mile"
8. Exhibit an enthusiastic attitude, professional manner, and be a quick learner
9. Demonstrate good attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
10. Work to deadlines and targets
11. Absorb training and instructions to work independently
12. Have previous sales experience (desirable)
13. Be a team player, willing to adapt to new challenges and changes, and help colleagues when required
14. Have a pleasant and friendly style - a real relationship builder
