My client, a multi award winning gastro pub in Suffolk, is currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
A stable work history and relevant experience working with fresh and seasonal ingredients is essential. Experience working a 3 Rosette level is preferred.
Salary for the Junior Sous Chef is circa £35,000.
Tronc in addition is up to £9,000 per annum to complete a £44k package.
