We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Retention:
Identify and approach potential clients, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and wholesalers, to secure new business.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Account Management:
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the production and delivery teams to ensure seamless client service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, bakery, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong understanding of the local market in Bognor Regis and surrounding areas.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
* A valid driver’s license is essential, as the role involves visiting clients.
