Tonic are currently supporting our client with the search for a new Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in Birmingham City Centre. As Kitchen Manager, you will be fully accountable for managing the kitchen operation for this fast-paced, fresh food operation. The client would consider an experienced Sous Chef stepping up in to the KM position.
What are we looking for from Head Chef candidates?
* You must have experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or Sous Chef withincasual dining restaurants
