* To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high
* standard and meets with customer satisfaction.
* To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity,
* consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes.
* To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef
* Manager.
* To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as
* directed by the Chef/ Manager.
* To ensure that statutory and safe working practices are adhered to by all
* staff.
