As a Customer Support Partner, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our staff with their general and payroll queries. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations internally and high satisfaction among our valued customers.
Every day you will...
* Handle all telephone and online queries from NHS workers promptly and supportively. From payroll to timesheet enquiries, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships.
* Utilise customer support systems efficiently to resolve incoming queries effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
* Collaborate with the broader teams to enhance and evolve our function, aligning with client, business, and regulatory needs for continuous improvement.
To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
* Strong customer service experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Experience with telephone systems and be confident handling numbers
* Excellent written and verbal communication
