Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in South Wiltshire on the recruitment of a HR Generalist to join the team. This will be an interim contract, with an immediate start until initially January 2025.
Our client is looking for a strong and "hands-on" generalist who ca support across HR operations, recruitment, learning and development and employee relations.
The contract will be an office-based contract, but with discretion to work from home on occasion if required. Due to the location, access to a car is essential for this role.
Responsibilities of the HR Generalist will include but not be limited to:
* Supporting the HR team with end-to-end employee lifecycle administration.
* Supervising end to end recruitment processes, both on a permanent and contract basis, supporting hiring mangers and ensuring compliance with all necessary pre-employment checks.
* Develop, maintain and review HR related policies and procedures.
* Support the Head of HR, with any investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
* Ensuring the successful delivery of HR processes including salary reviews, appraisals, engagement surveys and more.
* Supporting with the design of internal learning and development programmes.

1. CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience.
