Inside Sales Executive
Location: Langley Sales Office
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, commission scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (40 hours per week)
About the Role:
We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at our busy Langley office. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a sales office environment, customer service, or someone seeking a career in an innovative, forward-looking industry.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact point for customers, providing proactive support to the field sales team.
* Answer calls, issue quotations and samples, process and track orders, and handle queries and complaints.
* Develop strong product knowledge.
* Provide day-to-day office support in a busy and challenging sales environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in a sales office, customer service, or tele-sales role (experience with a paper merchant, stationery supplier, or allied industry is preferred but not essential).
* Previous proactive sales experience.
* Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a sales team structure.
* Excellent communication skills, including a friendly telephone manner.
* Flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic approach.
* Knowledge of AS400 is advantageous; good computer skills are essential.
