Network HR are working exclusively with a London based property development company that are embarking on an exciting journey, following an acquisition which has seen huge investment into the growth strategy. You will be responsible for the end-end recruitment process including designing and delivering a direct sourcing strategy, as well as selecting recruitment preferred suppliers.
This role will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding c.120 individuals in the built environment, as well as defining the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
* Attraction and assessment strategy, including advertising, interview support, psychometric testing and appropriate profiling
* Management of preferred supplier list (PSL) including agreeing terms and ways of working
* Authorisation process including authority to recruit, process to recruit, sign off offer and candidate management through to onboarding
* Early careers – recruitment of apprentices and graduates
* Career fair coordination and attendance
Candidate Background:
* The Talent Acquisition Manager will need to adopt a true business partnering approach to their work. Credible yet authentic style will allow for relationships to develop quickly and position them appropriately to challenge thinking, suggest new ideas, present market research and report on interesting trends (on general recruitment and remuneration MI).
* Demonstrable recent experience in managing and directly sourcing mandates, ideally in the build environment i.e contractors, developers, builders etc.
* A self-starter who can hit the ground running.
