Scott is a co-founder of Rede Partners and is based in New York. As a Senior Partner he manages key relationships with GPs and LPs across the globe, and also plays a key role in the strategic leadership of the firm. Scott has over 25 years’ institutional sales and origination experience across private equity and debt capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to over 150 fundraising assignments representing over $150 billion in aggregate funds raised. Scott Church Co-founder and Senior Partner Ian Flavell Partner and Head of North American Advisory Team 4 James is a Partner and Head of Middle East, He is a senior member of Rede’s global Investor Coverage team. James joined Rede in 2017 and has played a key role in many of Rede’s highest profile fundraisings. Over his 15 year career in private markets he has built deep and trusted relationships with institutional investors offering strategic and investor-focused advice to LP clients and leveraging deep knowledge and strong relationships across the Middle East and Europe. Charles, Partner and Head of Asia, is a senior member of Rede’s global Investor Coverage team and leads Rede’s activities in Asia. To date, Rede has raised over €12bn from investors in the Asia-Pacific region. Since joining Rede in 2022 Charles has been instrumental in driving Rede’s Asia-Pacific presence and has built a team of seven professionals covering all key geographies across the region. Before joining Rede, Charles was a Partner at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, co-leading Asian advisory and investor coverage. Magnus is a Partner and Rede's global co-head of Capital Solutions, advising clients on a wide range of GP-led secondaries transactions. We pride ourselves on our high standards and peerless execution, and this role will work directly alongside the CPO and CFO on the implementation of the firm’s reward strategy, payroll and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a naturally high attention to detail and approach all interactions (both internal and external) with professionalism, discretion and maturity.
