You will be focused on contacting both existing customers and new business, calling from an established database. Candidates must have excellent telephone manner and an interest in games would be preferred.
The role will include:
* Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
* Provide great customer service to a set group of retail partners including making sure records are up to date as well as resolving customer complaints.
* Pro-actively contact customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
* Researching and following up relevant leads.
* Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries.
* Capture & update customer information accurately.
* Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & inspiring others to meet their goals.
* Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently.
Who are we looking for?
* At least twelve months experience in B2B telesales is highly desirable.
* Desire to progress in a sales environment.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively alongside the sales team.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
* Proven administrative and personal organisational skills.
* Can-do attitude and enthusiastic manner.
* Experience using SAP or similar would be an advantage.
* Educated to A-level or equivalent experience.
* Interest in board games would be preferred.
