Salary: £23,000 basic salary + commission – OTE 50-60k+

The premium dealership in Southampton is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a first-class customer experience.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through energetic and outgoing personality, in-person and over the phone.
3. Provide a full service to match customers with the correct car.
4. Strive to meet sales targets for earning potential.
5. Work effectively in a team environment.
6. Have excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Car sales experience preferred, but client will consider sales experience in customer-facing roles.
* Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
* Strong communication skills.
* High drive and passion for success.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
