Location: Tamworth Office (Mon-Fri, 9-5)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + commission, based on experience
In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in identifying new business opportunities and supporting senior sales efforts across both energy and solar markets. With ample room for growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a forward-thinking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and develop high-quality leads through research, networking, and social media
2. Set up client appointments to support the sales team in achieving targets
3. Use CRM systems to track and manage leads efficiently
4. Work closely with the team to share insights and support company growth
What We're Looking For:
1. 2+ years in a sales role (e.g., telesales, recruitment)
2. Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused
3. Strong communicator with adaptability
4. Interest in the energy and renewables sectors
