Role:Finance Sales Executive Salary: £25,000 Basic - £40,000 OTE (Uncapped) Location: Macclesfield Help Customers Hit the Road At SuperBike Factory, we’ve got one thing on our mind: getting more people on the bikes they’ve always wanted. As a Finance Sales Executive, you’ll be the person making that happen, helping customers find the right finance deal to get them out on the road. Whether you’re a finance expert or someone who loves delivering top-notch customer service, this role is all about guiding people through the process and securing the deal. We’re not expecting you to know your bikes inside out (yet), but if you can make numbers work and keep customers happy, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing: Helping customers choose the right finance options - You’ll advise customers on what finance options are available, making sure they fully understand their choices. Working with our panel of lenders - You’ll submit customer applications to lenders, ensuring all the paperwork is done correctly and quickly. Issuing finance documents - You’ll get everything signed, sealed, and sorted, so the customer can be on their way. Building relationships - Not just with customers, but with lenders and internal teams. You’ll keep things running smoothly, from the first conversation to the final sign-off. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills - You can explain finance options clearly, whether it's over the phone or in person. Inbound and outbound call experience - You'll be speaking to our customers and building relationships mainly over the phone. So experience of this would be excellent Results-driven - You enjoy hitting targets and helping customers get what they need. Customer-focused - Going the extra mile for our customers will come naturally to you. Experience of selling in a regualated environment - It doesnt need to be selling motor finance, but if you've got expereince of working with finance products like bank accounts, insurance, or phone contracts it would be beneficial.
