Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, focusing on hiring experienced sales professionals across EMEA and the UK.
2. Consult with hiring managers and HR to develop targeted sourcing strategies and meet performance targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
3. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and candidates, leveraging networks and direct sourcing to attract diverse and qualified talent.
4. Demonstrate expertise in recruiting, particularly within corporate environments; experience with SaaS/technology sales recruitment is a plus.
5. Utilize recruiting systems (preferably Workday) and collaborate on proactive branding, events, and diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, partnering with regional HR as needed.
