Location: Stafford (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Competitive basic + profit-based commission (OTE)

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Stafford.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to engage new and existing customers.
* Selling our doors and windows to both trade and direct consumers.
* Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into sales.
* Helping customers select customisation options.
* Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Handling sales administration and keeping accurate records in our CRM system.
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven telesales experience – ideally within the windows and doors industry, selling to trade and direct consumers.
* Strong sales skills – confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
* Excellent telephone manner – able to build rapport and close sales effectively.
* Sales admin & CRM experience – comfortable with managing customer records.
* Self-motivated & hardworking – able to work independently and as part of a team.
