We are supporting a company based in Central Peterborough with recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst. This is an office based position, working in a 6 week shift rota pattern, Monday to Fridays only. Week 1 - 06:00 - 14:30, Week 2 - 07:00 - 15:30 and Weeks 3-6 08:30 - 17:00.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment to start as soon as possible, paying £11.44ph with weekly pay. You must be able to drive with your own transport, as you will be based on-site near Leicester for a team meeting once a month.
Duties will include:
Providing technical support to users on various issues and problems relating to hardware and software
Responding to and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner according to SLAs
Developing useful technical documentation for users To be considered you will need to have some knowledge of IT, along with a clear passion for learning and developing. This is a role that will continue to develop your knowledge and equip you with the skills to resolve complex issues.
