Company description: The AGFA Group is looking for an HR Generalist Located in Cambridge This is a great opportunity for a result-oriented HR professional used to operate in an international team. In this role you will be delivering HR Services to employees in the different legal entities of Agfa operating in the UK. In this role, you will be supporting managers and employees, implementing HR policies and deploying global HR processes and systems, maintaining appropriate balance between the business needs and legal framework. Reporting into the HR Cluster Head Europe North, you will work cross functionally within HR (HRBPs, Reward, Talent, Learning). Main responsibilities: Deliver core HR operational support processes and operationally execute the implementation of our employee life cycle strategy across functions, business units and platforms Being the main point of contact, provide specialist consultancy to management and employees within own employee base on all HR related matters Ensure compliance of the organizations practices with applicable regulatory, labor legislation and collective labor agreements Support the integration of HR processes and platform and transitions to ensure smooth employee integration into the HR services structure/systems. Deliver data and reports for leadership teams, providing insights into operations, compliance, and service quality Support and implement regional change management for new HR processes, systems, and policies, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business leaders on impacts to their operations Collaborate with and manage external vendors to implement or customise HR technology solutions that meet the diverse requirements of the business Requirements: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage conflict and ambiguity, while effectively problem solving in difficult situations. A high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate on complex, sensitive and contentious issues with all levels within the business in a professional and positive manner Ability to manage complex workloads and work to conflicting deadlines Bachelors degree and qualification in a related field (e.g. coaching, mediation, or employment law); CIPD qualification desirable Desirable: Experience in delivering HR services to UK and Nordic countries (Sweden or Denmark). Alternatively, ability to communicate effectively in one of the Nordic languages. Location: Your main office location will be in Coldhams Lane, Cambridge.
