Our full Signature Afternoon Tea and tempting selection of wines, craft beers, and Prosecco are also available throughout the day, making it a special destination for any occasion. We are currently seeking a dedicated supervisor to join our catering team, working 30 hours per week, including every other weekend. Key Responsibilities: Positively manage the daily operations of the catering area, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve issues quickly. Lead, train, and motivate the team to meet high standards. Oversee team tasks, delegate effectively, and manage rotas, holidays, and attendance. Support with budget management, wages, and financial updates. Ensure food quality meets company standards and maintain a positive work environment.
