Job Description
Overall purpose of the job:
1. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with sales to Identify, attract, and hire top sales professionals who align with the company’s goals and culture by proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
2. You will be accountable for promoting the company as an employer of choice in the sales industry by ensuring a positive candidate experience, engaging in employer branding initiatives, and fostering relationships with potential hires for long-term talent acquisition success.
Key responsibilities for this job:
3. Using multiple sourcing channels to resource for high quality candidates in an efficient and cost-effective manner in line with the Exponential-e Recruitment Framework
4. Competitor mapping and prospecting for Sales Talent
5. Understand what good looks like and understand how to sell Exponential-e as an employer of choice
6. Keep up to date with the latest sourcing methods and implementing these as appropriate
7. Support on specific recruitment programmes (i.e. Sales Academy)
8. Ensuring the ATS is up to date with all candidate and role information as well as ensuring the ATS is always fit for purpose
9. Working to improve awareness of Exponential-e’s Employer Brand and continue to promote the brand
10. Conducting various types and format of interview to ensure only high calibre candidates are progressed
11. Attending Sales Networking events to leverage brand to identify and network with key sales talent
12. Ongoing personal development to ensure a high level of understand of Exponential-e’s culture, values, products and services
13. Supporting on various projects as required
14. Advising line managers on recruitment best practice
15. Working closely with our HR and marketing department to adhere to all internal and external communications procedures
16. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
Knowledge and experience required:
17. Previous experience working in a recruitment role with a focus on direct sourcing
18. Previous experience sourcing for entry to senior level sales positions
19. Strong candidate delivery/resourcing background
20. Considerable knowledge of resourcing methods
21. Considerable knowledge of applicant tracking systems
22. Significant experience working on high volume/high level recruitment assignments
23. Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint
24. Continuous improvement mind-set
25. Excellent customer service skills
26. Previous experience sourcing professionals from a Cloud, IT, UC or Network Service provider
