Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 base with uncapped OTE (£250,000 - £300,000 achievable)

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales leader with a deep understanding of financial services. You will own, grow, and develop our Financial Services vertical, leveraging your expertise and industry relationships. With a "cradle-to-grave" responsibility for your clients, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the strategy, execute deals, and build out this vertical into a thriving business unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector (banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions) to identify opportunities and create value.
* Business Development: Utilise your existing network and "black book" of financial services contacts to drive sales and establish relationships with major players.
* Vertical Ownership: Take full ownership of the Financial Services vertical, from prospecting and closing deals to client retention and satisfaction.
* Ghost Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored ghost marketing strategy alongside internal stakeholders to position Red Flag Alert as a market leader in financial services.
* Hunter Mentality: Approach the market with a determined and results-driven mindset to establish a strong presence and drive new business.
* Software and Data Expertise: Understand and articulate the value of Red Flag Alert's software solutions and data-driven insights to financial services clients.
* Collaboration: Work with internal Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for support in lead generation while maintaining end-to-end client responsibility.
