Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
* Research and target key construction companies and stakeholders who would benefit from the software.
* Identify where the software can add value, aligning with customer goals.
* Build lasting relationships, understanding the unique challenges of each client.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to strategically position our product.
Requirements of a Sales Executive:
* Experience within the construction sector is essential
* Ability to learn software functionalities quickly and explain them in simple terms.
* Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels, with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Consultative sales experience and ability to offer tailored software solutions.
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
