Sales Executive
£25,000/annum plus quarterly bonus (approximately £750)
Chelmsford, Essex (own transport required) Full time office based
I am looking for a confident individual who enjoys client liaison and customer service to assist with building accounts and onboarding new business. You will be joining a busy hire and sales team in newly refurbished offices in a fun place to work.
This is an established and growing company and the team is friendly, supportive, and expanding! The company offers internal progression and opportunities for the right person.
This role works closely with the Account Executives and involves forming and maintaining new relationships with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to introduce the company's services and products.
2. Take inbound phone inquiries from our Key Account customers.
3. Liaise with customers via phone, email, and various messaging systems.
4. Follow up on leads – converting, closing, inputting, and processing hire and sales orders via the CRM system and hire management system.
5. Convert and develop new business opportunities. Build good working relationships with new and existing customers and develop proposals to meet their needs.
Qualifications:
An Account Management, office-based sales, sales support, recruitment, or office-based customer service experience would be ideal.
A retail role where you had sales targets may be considered if you have telephone-based experience.
Due to the rural location, you must have your own transport.
