This role is all cooking, packaging and delivering food to a high standard across 28 locker banks There is a requirement to use a digital tablet for this service - good computer knowledge is key Management of a team of 10 people inclusive of 2 CDP's and 8 catering assistants 12,000 customers on site Covering head chef duties whilst away Working along side the head chef to assist in devising, ordering and collating weekly menus Responsibility alongside the head chef of every day HSE standards Maintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service. Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop About You Strong culinary skills Good understanding of a busy kitchen Able to work as a team member and lead the team when required Previous experience working in a high volume, high quality environment Previous experience working in a B&I contract preferred Experience in working to an achievable GP Stock and Waste control experience Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha's Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
