This individual will be responsible for helping redesign and oversee the end the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership and influencing skills and excellent interpersonal skills to meet the company’s workforce needs while aligning with organisational goals. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies for stores and head office. Analyse workforce needs, forecast hiring, and stay updated on industry trends. Manage and set performance goals for the recruitment team. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate selection. Collaborate with department managers to align hiring with business needs. Promote the company as an employer of choice through campaigns, events, and partnerships. Leverage social media, ATS, and digital platforms for recruitment and branding. Develop and refine recruitment policies and workflows. Work closely with HR, leadership, and external partners to support recruitment goals. Experience and skills required: Proven experience in a retail-based environment. Experience of leading a team of recruiters. Proficiency in recruitment software. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
