We are looking for an interim HR Director for a non-departmental public body. The role is to start during May for a minimum of 6 months.
As part of the SLT and reporting to the Chief Executive, the role will focus on organisational design and reward.
This is a hybrid role with an average of 2 days per week spent working on site in either Birmingham or Cardiff.
The client is looking for an experienced Director or Head of HR with a civil service background. Candidates with transformation and pay review experience would be of particular interest.
The interim will be engaged on a fixed term contract with a salary of £75k (pro rata to the period of the contract).
