Due to growth, our excellent client in Cirencester is looking for a Salesperson to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The company is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) of telecoms, IT and communications support. Any technical, telecoms or IT sales experience, whilst a big bonus, is non-essential, so long as you are a proactive individual with previous sales experience.
Whilst the office is based in Cirencester, flexible working options may be offered for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to generate and assess potential leads.
- Arrange high-quality meetings for the sales team in the field.
- Develop and sustain connections with potential clients.
- Actively discover new opportunities in targeted markets.
- Market our IT services, managed solutions, and communication products to new prospects.
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Keep CRM records current and precise.
- Achieve and surpass defined sales and lead generation objectives.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full time
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 basic salary + commission (OTE up to £60,000) + benefits including:
