Salary from £32,000, plus uncapped commission at £400 per plot sold, occasional double bubble plots.
Door-to-door fuel expenses are paid at 45p a mile.
Working from Thursday to Monday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in New Homes sales and marketing, exceptional customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to manage and drive the development forward with a sense of ownership and pride.
