Our newly opened Italian restaurant in Covent Garden is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team asap.
The ideal candidate must have previous kitchen management experience; worked in luxury/fine dining Italian/Mediterranean restaurants.
Responsibilities:
1. Extensive experience in Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on seafood dishes.
2. Ability to execute traditional and modern Italian recipes to the highest standards.
3. Previous experience in a high-end restaurants is highly desirable
4. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
