Sous Chef
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to be part of our Catering Team and join us in delivering an excellent customer experience across a diverse range of exciting events.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in menu planning and development.
2. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
3. Monitor food quality and presentation.
4. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
