Job Overview: As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you’ll prospect, pitch, and secure sponsorship deals with private sector businesses and organisations. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering value to sponsors, achieving revenue targets, and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Close Deals: Identify, pitch, and negotiate sponsorship agreements with industry partners and organisations. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute innovative approaches to maximise sponsorship revenue. Tailored Packages: Work closely with the events team to create bespoke sponsorship packages that align with event objectives. Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with existing and prospective sponsors through effective communication and networking. Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals that highlight the value of sponsorship. Customer Service: Ensure sponsors' needs are met throughout their journey, exceeding their expectations. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and priorities to spot new opportunities. Performance Tracking: Report on sales activity and revenue generation to management regularly. About You: Proven success in sponsorship sales or a related field. Strong negotiation, prospecting, and deal-closing abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
