SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Warrington
Salary: £28,000 + Commission (OTE £32,000)
We are partnering with a highly reputable global organisation experiencing constant growth and expansion. They are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for their Warrington office, covering the North West, Midlands, and East of England regions.
As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and engaging with landlords and investors to discuss the company's services
* Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients through telephone, email, and face-to-face communications at networking events
* Managing your pipeline and client base
* Handling your own administration tasks, including logging and updating the CRM database, updating spreadsheets, and scheduling call backs
* Occasionally attending internal and external networking events to engage with prospects and build strong relationships
The ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience in sales and account management
* Be a team player with excellent people skills, capable of overcoming objections and building strong relationships
* Be proficient with IT systems, including MS Excel and CRM systems
