The Titans FA is a World Class Football Academy providing professional football coaching to children of all levels. We currently have more than 2000 students aged 4 – 16 years attending coaching sessions each week in our 24 development centres.

In the last two years alone, we have tripled the size of our academy’s in the UK and have big plans to continue our growth and success. As a result of this we are looking for a proactive Full time Sales Executive employee to join us.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive employee to join our amazing, energetic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting all inbound leads that we receive on a daily basis, converting the leads into customers and providing excellent customer support. In addition, the successful candidate will support with the administration of all aspects pertaining to the membership activity of the current Titans football academies and additional academies as they open.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales / telesales, a proven track record of meeting targets, strong communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently, and have a good understanding of supporting a business from a sales support and administrative perspective.
Reporting directly to the Academy Director you will be an integral part of the academy team, supporting our growth and how we market ourselves to our target audience.
As the Sales Executive you will have a number of key responsibilities as seen below.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering the phone or contacting the inbound leads that enquire within our lead response time. The number of leads ranges from 30 - 50 per day.
* Follow leads and ensure all new and potential new attendees are provided with available dates of trials and send them invites to attend.
* Input all leads into CRM system and update on an ongoing basis.
* Be the first point of contact for people wanting to join the club and deal with enquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Run the administration of all aspects pertaining to the membership activity of the Club, and provide reception/administrative support for the club when possible.
* Ensure that all membership packs are up to date and update the changes to the membership packs when required with the new fees and any other updates.
* Communicate and arrange trials for prospective new members, ensuring that those attending are provided with copies of all relevant documentation.
* When new members wish to join, record details onto the membership database with all information required and provide the new member with all relevant information and documentation.
* Set up payments and keep track of debtors, chase outstanding payments and keep director and accounts/general manager informed on progress.
* Throughout the year, ensure that members’ details are updated on the database when changes are made.
* Work closely with Marketing manager on campaigns and follow up on social media messages and enquires in a timely manner.
Essential Experience, Skills and Competencies
* 2+ years Sales experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, approachable, friendly and energetic
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve service
* Ability to balance demands and priorities
* Ability to complete tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail
* Preferably likes and has an interest in sports
Days, Times, Salary
Full Time, permanent contract £24,000 per year + commission
Monday - Friday
11am - 7pm (ideally) or 9am - 5pm
