Hours: 35 hours per week - 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
Location: Based in our Central Support Office in Liphook, Hampshire. Travel to our Midlands Office will be required.
A bit about the role: This is an exciting new role in our fast-growing Recruitment Team to support the department to continue to recruit the best talent across the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music. We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment for office-based roles within our fast-growing business. As part of our expansion, you will manage and develop a small team while working closely with hiring managers to ensure we are recruiting the best talent. This role will involve managing the recruitment process for office roles, working on employer branding, sourcing strategy, and supporting internal promotions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters to ensure successful recruitment outcomes and team growth.
* Monitor and track team KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of goals such as time-to-hire and candidate experience metrics.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to create a clear and effective quality framework for each new role, ensuring we hire the best talent to meet business needs.
* Take ownership of interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions for office-based roles, ensuring high standards and alignment with company values.
* Work alongside our education team to manage the recruitment process for internal promotion.
* Support the Head of Recruitment in developing and promoting our employer brand locally to attract top talent.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies as part of the team’s growth, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for office roles.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience of leading a team, particularly for office-based roles including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations.
* Strong interviewing and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify top talent for office positions.
* Experience working with hiring managers to define role requirements and build a recruitment strategy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working on employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, particularly in supporting internal promotions and career development initiatives.
