This is primarily a desk-based role with exciting opportunities to represent VMS at industry events throughout the year. Your Role: Proactive Sales: Generate leads, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Account Management: Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales potential. Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of VMS Automotive Group's products and services. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance using Salesforce CRM. Event Representation: Occasionally travel to industry events and trade shows to represent VMS and network with potential clients (This may require overnight stay). What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, ideally within the automotive industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport. Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, contributing to a positive team environment. IT Literate: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travel to events, testing new products and supporting in new fleet deliveries.
