From iconic Formula 1 Grand Prix races and Premier League football matches to headline music concerts & festivals, they offer unforgettable experiences for their clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Engage with cold and warm leads and outbound prospects to maximise sales.
2. Selling VIP packages for world-class sporting events and concerts.
3. Build strong lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored event experiences.
4. Provide outstanding customer service, creating a positive and seamless buying experience.
5. Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams.
Required Experience:
1. At least 2 years telesales or phone-based sales experience is a must.
2. Must have at least 2 years experience working B2B.
3. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
4. Experience meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.
5. Must be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn.
6. Passionate about live entertainment, sports, and events.
7. Enjoys working within a dynamic, high-energy working environment.
