We are excited to start working with a premium brasserie that is looking to bring a top Head Chef to lead this established team. The Head Chef will cook tasty, robust food with an emphasis on steak/seafood.
As Head Chef you will have autonomy over the menu but it will be on brand.

1. £50,000 - £60,000 + £10,000 bonus related to KPIs

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
5. Overseeing a team of 15
6. Catering for between 1200 – 1500 covers per week
7. Creating menus, recruitment, ordering, rotas etc
8. Cooking really tasty food with great ingredients
9. Hands-on approach is a must!
