Rioned is the European market leader in drain and sewer cleaning equipment. The company covers all aspects of business from engineering and designing the products, to the sales department and the after sales service.
The UK team is based in Thetford, Norfolk with a sister company Andy Guest Jetters in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Across these two sites are just 30 employees, which means the UK team is small and agile. The business relies on all employees to roll up their sleeves, really get involved and provide input into processes regardless of role or position.

THE ROLE
Due to the ongoing growth of Rioned we are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist who will support our teams on all operational HR matters, contributing to a positive employee experience and driving organisational success.
It’s a full generalist role with responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle. This will include recruitment, health management, talent development, diversity & inclusion, employee experience, EHS and more. It also requires shaping our HR policies and internal communication.
No two days will be the same and there’s a lot to develop, so we require someone who enjoys a varied role with a focus on HR and EHS.
Rioned UK and AGJ report to Rioned in The Netherlands and are part of The Heico Companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Input and drive HR agenda to align with business objectives and needs
2. Recruitment
3. Organize training and development activities
4. HR administration
5. Support the teams in executing all activities on the HR agenda
6. Support the teams on EHS matters
7. Internal communications
8. Internal and external stakeholder management
9. Liaise with Regional HR Manager and UK Managing Director
PERSONAL PROFILE
1. An experienced HR Business partner with a proven track record of working in a profit organization
2. A degree in Human Resources Management/CIPD qualified
3. Ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day
4. Self-motivated and enthusiastic whilst remaining flexible and open to change
5. UK Driving license and happy to travel once a month to Keighley (West Yorkshire)
6. Experience of MS Office and using electronic HR information systems
7. Able to communicate and collaborate at all levels
