Job Title: Sales Executive

Our client is a medium-sized family-owned construction equipment, and metals company located in Stratford Upon Avon.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Sales Executive that is able to work with current clients, and accounts to manage the sales process, and continue to maintain strong relationships.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue and manage sales invoices
* Maintain strong relationships with current accounts, and continue to seek further sales, and up-selling where appropriate
* Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the company CRM system
* Compile sales reports for review with the sales team, and management
* Liaise with internal departments, and sales team to expedite orders and resolve issues
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding materials, specifications, availability, and pricing
* Assist in coordinating deliveries and pickups
* Support with administrative tasks, and sales tracking
* Help maintain the inventory listings
* Assist in preparing documentation for any sales
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales role, preferably metals, engineering, etc, but will consider candidates from other sectors that have the drive, and willingness to succeed in a sales environment.
* Take enquiries from existing and new customers, and able to deal with all actions accordingly
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Experience with a CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Basic understanding of engineering, metals, materials terminology is a plus
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the upselling of products
* Drive to succeed, and maintain strong relationships with customers
