Job Description
This iconic private members club is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join is stable brigade. You will be creating modern British cuisine to a 2 AA Rosette standard and there is strong focus on using the best quality produce available.
You will be working in a multioutlet kitchen which supports the restaurant, events, terrace and bar. You will be required to work 40 hours per week over 5 straight shifts with all overtime paid hourly.

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and training and development of junior chefs. you must be confident in all aspects of BOH administrative duties such as HACCP, health and safety, food hygiene, recording temperatures and creating rotas.
You must have experience working with well established private members clubs to be considered for this position.
